What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility is determined by Google, not Ujjawal Lab. Each case is reviewed individually by Google's support team based on their policies. For details, see our Refund Policy page.

Is there a free version?

No permanent free tier. Only a 14-day free trial. Why? Because free users don't commit. Paying, even a small amount, creates skin in the game. Our retention data proves this significantly increases success rates.

Do you offer discounts for students, military, etc?

Not currently. At $6/month or $60/year, Fused is already 90%+ less than alternatives ($696-1,200/year for gyms, $1,440-2,880/year for trainers). We can't go lower and stay sustainable while providing premium service.

What equipment do I need?

None. 100% bodyweight training. You just need yourself and some floor space.

No. We have programs for complete beginners to advanced athletes. An onboarding assessment determines your level. We start where YOU start.

Depends on your definition of 'results.' Strength gains: 2-3 weeks (you'll feel stronger). Visible muscle definition: 6-8 weeks. Significant transformation: 90-180 days. Anyone promising faster is lying. Real change takes consistency over months, not weeks.

Can I build muscle with just bodyweight?

Yes. Progressive overload works regardless of load type (barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight). Will you look like a bodybuilder? No. Will you be lean, strong, and athletic? Absolutely. Olympic gymnasts are built with bodyweight training.

Will I lose weight?

If you're in a calorie deficit, yes. Exercise alone isn't enough for weight loss (diet matters more). But exercise + diet is the most effective combination. We provide nutrition basics in weekly content, but we're not a meal-planning app.

I have an injury. Can I still use this?

Accepted Answer

Maybe. It depends on the injury. But we're not doctors. Consult your physician if you have serious injuries before starting any exercise program.

I'm over 50. Is this for me?

Yes. Bodyweight training is LOW impact (easier on joints than running). Progressive scaling means you start where you are, regardless of age.

I'm a woman. Will this make me bulky?

No. Building significant muscle requires testosterone (women have 15-20x less than men), a massive calorie surplus, and years of progressive training. Bodyweight training will make you lean, strong, and toned — not bulky.

What happens if I skip a day?

Your streak resets to 0. But here's the thing: one missed day doesn't ruin progress. Streaks are motivating, but they're not the goal. Consistency over months is the goal. Just get back on track the next day.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption. Payment processing goes through Google Play Store (we never see your credit card). Health data is stored securely. We don't sell your data. Ever.

How is this different from Nike Training Club?

Nike Training Club is a content library — great workouts, zero accountability. Fused is a behavior-change system: the workouts are one part, but accountability, progressive structure, and tracking are what make it work. Also, NTC is free because YOU are the product (data collection). We charge a small subscription, so you're the customer.

How is this different from Strava?

Strava is for tracking activities you already do (running, cycling). Fused is for building the habit when you DON'T have one yet. Different problems: Strava is for existing athletes, Fused is for people becoming athletes.

How is this different from Peloton Digital?

Peloton is instructor-led classes with high production and celebrity coaches. Fused is algorithmic, progressive programs — you follow a structured plan, not random classes. Peloton also runs about $156/year; Fused is $60/year. Different approaches: Peloton is entertainment + fitness, Fused is system + accountability.

No. Fused focuses on exercise consistency. If your goal is weight loss, you'll need to address diet separately (we recommend simple approaches like 'eat whole foods, track protein'). If your goal is strength/consistency, exercise alone is enough.

What's the best time to work out?

Whatever time you'll actually do it consistently. Our data shows morning workouts (before work) at 92% consistency, lunch workouts at 78%, and evening workouts (after work) at 71%. Morning wins because life doesn't interfere yet — but if you're not a morning person, don't force it.

Perfect for you. Bodyweight training works anywhere — hotel rooms, parks, airport lounges, anywhere with 6 feet of floor space. Your streak keeps you consistent even when your location changes.

Will I get bored doing the same exercises?

No, because exercises progress. You don't do regular push-ups forever. Progression: push-ups → diamond push-ups → archer push-ups → one-arm push-up negatives → one-arm push-ups → planche lean push-ups → pseudo planche push-ups. Always challenging, never boring.

I have diabetes/heart condition/chronic illness. Is this safe?

Consult your doctor before starting ANY exercise program. Generally, exercise is beneficial for most chronic conditions, but you need medical clearance first. We're not doctors and don't provide medical advice.

I am very overweight. Will I be able to do these exercises?

Yes. We have scaling options for every exercise. Can't do a push-up? Start with wall push-ups or knee push-ups. Can't do a pull-up? Start with dead hangs. Can't do a bodyweight squat? Start with chair-assisted squats. We meet you where you are.

How does the 365-day guarantee actually work?

What does 'best shape of your life' mean? That's subjective.
